If your order is received before 3pm then it will be dispatched that same day or if it is received after then it will dispatched the following day.

All shipping is free for UK customers and will be sent using 1st or 2nd class delivery.

I charge an extra £1.50 for 1st Class Recorded Delivery and this is the only method the items are insured.

Orders to Europe are sent by airmail and charged 50p per item to a maximum of £5.

International orders (outside Europe) are sent by airmail and charged £1 per item to a total of £5.

We accept returns within 7 days if for any reason you are unhappy with the product as long as it is returned to us as it was sent. All cosmetics are checked before they are sent but if for any reason the item is damaged when you receive it you can post it back for an exchange or full refund.
