Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving your order.

All shipping is free for UK customers and will be sent using standard 1st class delivery.

We charge an extra £1.50 for 1st Class Recorded Delivery and this is the only method the items are insured.

If you need your items super fast and require Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day this will be charged at £5 please email us for this service.

Orders to Europe are sent by standard airmail and charged 50p per item to a maximum of £5.

International orders (outside Europe) are sent by standard airmail and charged £1 per item to a total of £5.

Please contact me if you require insurance for deliveries outside the UK, insurance is an extra £4.50 per order and will be sent by internatonal signed for or Airsure.

We accept returns within 7 days if for any reason you are unhappy with the product as long as it is returned to us as it was sent. All cosmetics are checked before they are sent but if for any reason the item is damaged when you receive it you can post it back for an exchange or full refund.
